We take care of all preparations for relocating the server to the data center, including project planning, auditing and risk analysis. Within the geographical boundaries of Germany, the migration is free of charge. For other countries, only the logistics will incur additional fees, and we do the rest of the work free of charge.

The contract term and billing can be configured individually. The cost of renting a server or server rack in a data center is fixed in the agreement and does not change. We have kept the prices for our services at the same level for 10 years (except for electricity bills).

How is the fire safety system organized in the data center?

Optical/thermal fire detectors are located on 2 levels: ceiling and raised floor. We use active internal fire extinguishing systems. You have the opportunity to choose a server room with both active and passive fire protection.

How do air conditioning systems work in a data center?

The server rooms are kept at a constant temperature of +24°C. For this purpose, we use indirect adiabatic cooling and the principle of hot aisle containment. The backup air conditioning system is organized according to the N+2 scheme: even in case of simultaneous failure of two air conditioners at once, they will be automatically replaced by the backup ones.

For how long will hardware be shut down during repairs?

In most cases, clients do not even notice the repair work. We inform them of the repair work when it is completed. If this replacement requires the hardware to be shut down, a period of forced downtime is agreed upon in advance.

What are the payment terms of the contract? For example, the first of every month?

For each client we are ready to develop an individual contract with flexible payment terms. The total term of the agreement, frequency of payments and calendar terms are fixed in the documents.
