CloudKleyer at SBC Summit 2024 exhibition: results and development horizons

CloudKleyer Frankfurt GmbH is proud to announce the successful participation in the largest international conference and exhibition SBC Summit 2024, which took place from September 24th to 26th, 2024 and was dedicated to the novelties of the iGaming industry.

Since 2014 CloudKleyer has been providing high quality solutions for gambling companies, providing them with stable, secure and scalable IT infrastructure. Partnership and continuous development are the key directions of our strategy, so participation in such significant events as SBC Summit is a unique opportunity for us to expand the circle of partners, present our solutions and discuss the prospects of working together.

Participation in SBC Summit 2024 allowed us not only to strengthen existing partnerships, but also to establish a dialog with new companies interested in implementing advanced IT solutions. We were able to demonstrate our innovative developments, as well as discuss the current challenges and needs of the iGaming market.

Scale and significance of the summit

SBC Summit 2024 was a truly grand and impressive event of the year. The huge 100,000 m² exhibition platform Feira Internacional de Lisboa and MEO Arena (Lisbon, Portugal) brought together iGaming industry representatives from 134 countries. The exhibition was attended by 25,000 industry professionals (including 5,000 operators, 600+ exhibitors, 450 speakers), which is 70% more than the number of participants at last year’s exhibition in Barcelona. This indicates not only the growing interest in gaming technologies around the world, but also the status of SBC as the leading and fastest growing event in the industry. Most attention at this year’s exhibition was paid to highly specialized areas, such as eSport, payment acceptance, and player security.

The territory of Feira Internacional de Lisboa and MEO Arena turned out to be a spacious and convenient area where all conditions for comfortable work and communication were created. Thanks to the numerous and varied meeting areas, participants were able to hold meetings at any time, next to any booth, regardless of prior arrangements. A large number of free negotiation zones made it possible to effectively expand the circle of contacts and establish business ties.

The high level of organization, attention to detail, and well-thought-out infrastructure allowed guests and participants to focus on the main thing: productive meetings and exchange of experience.

CloudKleyer’s participation in SBC Summit 2024: challenges and successes

Our company already has experience of participating in such summits since 2016. This year, after a short break, we were happy to return to this platform to explore innovative solutions and establish new contacts.

At the exhibition CloudKleyer was represented by Managing Director Jan Weller and Project Manager Olga Boujanova. Our representatives held many successful negotiations with current and potential clients. In particular, we managed to establish a dialog with companies that actively use cloud solutions and infrastructure services to develop their gaming platforms and payment systems. Fruitful communication was not hindered even by some technical issues with the application specially developed for organizing meetings at the summit (the application’s underdeveloped functionality made it difficult to find new contacts and coordination).

New horizons

SBC Summit 2024 was not only a useful business platform for CloudKleyer, but also a unique opportunity to assess current industry trends, especially in such niches as:
