A dedicated server is a physical server, which the client fully gets at his disposal. All its resources are under full control of the client. Access is provided by KVM-switch, thanks to which you can remotely login, setup BIOS, and access the server.

In some cases “Dedicated server” service is confused with “Bare metal” service. They are similar, but in the case of “Bare metal” the client receives equipment built with no pre-installed software at all, including control panel, as well as software products that provide network connections, information security, and data storage.



The client himself can choose and load the operating system for his dedicated server. For our part, we can offer server operating systems of the following platforms: Linux, Windows and Oracle families within the framework of SaaS service. In this case, we take care of all legal issues of licensing and installation of updates.


VPS (virtual private server) is a method of organization in which a single physical machine uses virtualization technologies for hosting multiple private servers, each with its own workspace. The physical machine’s resources (processor and RAM) are shared by all virtual servers.

In case of a dedicated server, the client gets a physical server completely at his disposal. This option is better to select when there is a need to change the configuration independently, control all system processes and user actions, and install only necessary applications.



For each client we are ready to develop an individual hosting contract with flexible payment terms. The total term of the agreement, frequency of payment transfer and calendar terms are fixed in the documents and do not change. We keep our prices unchanged for 10 years (except for electricity prices).


Yes, we can set up a private virtual network for your company and connect any system hardware to it, including a dedicated server. In addition, we can create combined networks with the ability to integrate private networks into public cloud services such as AWS, Microsoft Azure Cloud, Google Cloud Platform and others.


Our dedicated servers are hosted in Tier 3 data centers in Germany. The server rooms have advanced fire safety systems and redundant air conditioning equipment. The server is connected to a redundant uninterruptible power supply with N + 1 support scheme: in the event of UPS failure, the backup UPS will be connected automatically.

Tier 3 data center meets the highest security standards and, using its own diesel generators, can operate autonomously for up to 3 days even in case of complete power failure. Security officers are on duty in the data center 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A biometric access system is in place.



When designing a dedicated server configuration, we build in the option of future scalability. When the need arises, new components can be added and obsolete components can be replaced after the project started.

We have support contracts with most of the world’s largest component manufacturers. You can select details from HP, Dell, IBM, Fujitsu, Cisco, Juniper for your dedicated server. If it will be hard for you to resolve technical issues, you can contact us directly.



We equip dedicated servers with ports capable of supporting connections up to 10 Gb per second. The actual throughput will depend directly on the tariff plan you select to run your server. We are ready to make connection with channel width up to 100 Mb free of charge. In case you require bandwidth over this limit, it should be paid according to the tariff plan.
